Calendar Change

There will be a three hour early dismissal on Friday, March 24. School will be in session on Monday, March 27 due to a snow day. This will be a full, regular school day.

Kindergarten Registration

Kindergarten registration for the 2017-2018 school year is currently underway. Students must turn five years old before September 1 to enroll. For more information, please call the elementary office at (814) 479-4080.

Township Stampede 5K

On Saturday, April 22, we invite you to participate in the Township Stampede 5K. This is a great way to help support the Conemaugh Township’s track and field program. Student tickets cost $10, and adult tickets cost $15. If you pre-register by April 8, you will get a free shirt! To register and view general information, please visit the Township Stampede registration website. We hope that you will take advantage of this healthy way to support our track and field team!

E-mail Attendance Announcement

We are now able to accept e-mailed excuses from parents when students are absent from school. Parents can e-mail the attendance secretaries in each building using the following e-mail addresses:

All e-mailed excuses must include the date and reason for the absence. 

Two New Programs

We are excited to announce two new programs to our district this fall. The Learning Lamp will be setting up a before and after school program that will serve the elementary students in the Conemaugh Township Area School District from 6:00-8:30 a.m. and from 3:30-6:00 p.m. during the school year. They will also establish a preschool classroom at the elementary school. If you are interested in learning more about these programs, please see the flyers below.
