Student Help desk Hours
- 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Arrangements can me made to assist outside of those hours due to availability or urgency of issue.)
Students and parents can reach out for issues/questions with:
- School-issued devices
- Google account issues
- Google Classroom/Meets issues
- Zoom issues
- App/extension access on school-issued devices
- Other school IT related issues
If a student has a school issued device and is connected to internet access, we have the ability to remote into the Chromebook with the student/parent. We would just need a contact number to call to walk them through the process.
