Helpful Information
In accordance with the school code, the board must conduct a formal performance assessment of the superintendent on an annual basis. As part of this performance assessment, the superintendent/board must establish measurable objectives (goals) to be achieved during the year. Based on the Conemaugh Township Board of School Directors’ review and evaluation of the superintendent and her agreed-upon objective performance standards, the board has declared that the superintendent has successfully achieved and exceeded the mutually agreed-upon goals and objectives as established for the 2024–2025 school term. Therefore, the superintendent has been rated as proficient.
The listed below are the superintendent’s goals for the 2025–2026 school year.
- Implement a comprehensive strategy to elevate the visibility and value of our public school, increase student enrollment, and highlight the district’s strengths—strong academics, diverse extracurricular opportunities, exceptional educators and staff, and a welcoming, supportive community.
- Create a comprehensive outreach initiative that connects students with career exploration opportunities, engages local businesses as district partners, and establishes pathways for financial investment in the school district.
- Develop and implement clear expectations and processes for working collaboratively with the business manager to identify operational efficiencies and cost-reduction strategies for the 2026–2027 school year.
- Establish a clear organizational structure that separates instructional leadership from business operations and defines positions, reporting relationships, and responsibilities across the school district.
