About Us

The Conemaugh Township Area School District has been proudly serving the area of Somerset County for 75 years! We are dedicated to continuing the tradition of excellence that has been the cornerstone of our community for nearly four generations. Our district shield testifies to the strength and heritage of our community with implements of the coal miner and farmer, which symbolize the strong work ethic passed down through the generations. The crest of our shield holds the Lamp of Knowledge, which shows our dedication to the education of our children, while the entire shield is wreathed in the oak leaves of strength.
