CT Foundation
The Conemaugh Township Area School District Foundation (CT Foundation) exists to turn community generosity into meaningful opportunities for students and staff of the Conemaugh Township Area School District. Through the support of donors, the CT Foundation develops, promotes, and finances educational programs, scholarships, innovative projects, and extracurricular activities that enrich learning and expand student success. Established through careful planning beginning in 2012, the CT Foundation is guided by a volunteer advisory committee that meets regularly to ensure responsible leadership and thoughtful use of resources. All CT Foundation assets are held and managed by the Community Foundation for the Alleghenies, a 501(c)(3) organization, providing donors with tax-deductible giving, financial oversight, and required legal reporting. Together, your support helps strengthen our schools, invest in our students, and build a brighter future for our community. Additional information and bylaws are available at ctasd.org.

Donations
The properties and assets of CT Foundation are dedicated to the educational purposes of Conemaugh Township Area School District. As a federally recognized non-profit organization, all donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. For questions regarding the tax filing of your estate, please consult a licensed accountant or tax advisor.
We encourage individuals, businesses, corporations, foundations, and clubs to give generously. We accept donations of:
- Cash
- Property
- Oil/mineral interests
- 401K, IRA, or Roth distributions
- Estate distributions
Generally, the contribution of services, though appreciated, is not deductible. You may give towards established projects, the development of new projects, or towards our general fund. We reserve the right to reject inappropriate gifts or gifts that may be tied to restrictions we cannot meet.
